These Terms govern your access to and use of Havadis. By signing in or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using Havadis on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on its behalf.
The service
Havadis is an AI-assisted platform that creates content and analyses brands, publishes to the channels and sends ad drafts to the ad accounts you connect, and measures your search, visit and ad performance. Features, limits, and pricing may change as we iterate; we will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying customers.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity in your workspace. One account per person; do not share credentials. You decide which team members you invite to your brands and which roles they have, and you are responsible for their activity in your workspace. You must be able to form a binding contract under the law that applies to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use Havadis to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or intended to harass, deceive, or harm others. Do not attempt to break authentication, bypass rate limits, scrape the platform, or interfere with other tenants. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any third-party material you upload.
Connected accounts and third-party platforms
When you connect an account such as Google, Meta, ChatGPT Ads, LinkedIn or Slack to a brand, you confirm that you are authorized to connect it and that you allow Havadis to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, and complying with them is your responsibility. Havadis publishes only the posts you approve or schedule. Everything it sends to an ad account is created paused; setting ads live and the spend that follows are your decisions. Changes to a platform's interfaces or rules may limit some features. You can disconnect an account from Settings at any time.
Ulaq, reports and recommendations
Ulaq's answers, performance summaries, reports and recommendations are computed from the data of the accounts you connect; their wording may be written with AI. Platforms can report data late or revise it afterwards, so figures may differ for a while from what the platform itself shows. Recommendations are informational and carry no guarantee of results; budget, bid and publishing decisions are yours. Ulaq never changes your connected accounts. Anyone with a report link you share can open it; you can revoke a link at any time.
Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans include an allowance of credits consumed by jobs and analyses: granted each month on monthly plans, and for the whole year up front on annual plans. Credits never expire — unused credits roll over and remain available in your workspace as long as your account is active. Credits granted free of charge for a trial or promotion may carry a use-by date, which you are told; whatever is unused on that date is removed from the account. Overages, if enabled on your plan, are billed at the rate shown in your workspace. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
API access
API keys are bound to your account and keeping them confidential is your responsibility; do not share a key with third parties or use it in client-side code. API calls are subject to plan-based rate limits and a per-key daily credit spend cap; these bounds exist to narrow the blast radius of abuse and can be managed from the dashboard. We may suspend a key that is detected as leaked or abused without prior notice; your account's other keys keep working. Content generated and credits spent through the API are governed by the same terms as actions taken in the dashboard.
Availability
We work hard to keep Havadis running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, incidents at upstream providers, and the experimental nature of AI systems can cause variability in output quality and latency.
Termination
You may stop using Havadis at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if required by law. On termination, you may request an export of your workspace content within 30 days.
Disclaimers and liability
The service and AI-generated outputs are provided as-is. Review generated content before publishing it or setting an ad live; you are responsible for what you publish and for your ad spend. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Havadis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will notify active customers before it takes effect.
