These Terms govern your access to and use of Havadis. By signing in or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using Havadis on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on its behalf.
The service
Havadis is an AI-assisted content and brand-analysis platform. Features, limits, and pricing may change as we iterate; we will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying customers.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity in your workspace. One account per person; do not share credentials. You must be able to form a binding contract under the law that applies to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use Havadis to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or intended to harass, deceive, or harm others. Do not attempt to break authentication, bypass rate limits, scrape the platform, or interfere with other tenants. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any third-party material you upload.
Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans include a monthly allowance of credits consumed by jobs and analyses. Credits never expire — unused credits roll over and remain available in your workspace as long as your account is active. Overages, if enabled on your plan, are billed at the rate shown in your workspace. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
API access
API keys are bound to your account and keeping them confidential is your responsibility; do not share a key with third parties or use it in client-side code. API calls are subject to plan-based rate limits and a per-key daily credit spend cap; these bounds exist to narrow the blast radius of abuse and can be managed from the dashboard. We may suspend a key that is detected as leaked or abused without prior notice; your account's other keys keep working. Content generated and credits spent through the API are governed by the same terms as actions taken in the dashboard.
Availability
We work hard to keep Havadis running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, incidents at upstream providers, and the experimental nature of AI systems can cause variability in output quality and latency.
Termination
You may stop using Havadis at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if required by law. On termination, you may request an export of your workspace content within 30 days.
Disclaimers and liability
The service and AI-generated outputs are provided as-is. Review generated content before publishing — you are responsible for what you publish. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Havadis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will notify active customers before it takes effect.
